On 1 March 2022, the Hastoe Group adopted the UK Corporate Governance Code.

The Group is registered with, and regulated by, the Regulator of Social Housing. The Group is reviewed annually against the regulatory code. The review published by the Regulator of Social Housing in 2020 resulted in Hastoe achieving the highest rating for both governance (G1) and financial viability (V1). This Regulatory Judgement can be viewed or downloaded below.

The Regulator reconfirmed the Group's governance (G1) and financial viability (V1) rating on 15.12.21, 30.11.22 and again on 13.12.23.
