If you haven't registered before, all you'll need is your tenancy number which you can find on the top of any correspondence from us.

Anti-Social Behaviour

Please note that the following are examples of incidents that are not classed as anti-social behaviour:

o Sounds of normal day-to-day living such as opening and closing doors, going up and down stairs, toilet flushing or using a washing machine
o Children playing
o Clashes of lifestyle, including cultural differences
o Minor personal differences
o Inconsiderate parking
o One off parties, unless they have significant impact on the complainant

If you experience any of the above and they are a problem for you, please try having a conversation with your neighbour to resolve any issues.

Repair

If your query is about an existing repair, we would advise that you contact the contractor who is dealing with your repair directly. You will have received the details via text message with their contact number and the job reference number. If you have not been able to resolve your query this way, please continue to fill in the form.

If your complaint is not about the services which Hastoe provide you with, then we will not treat your email as a complaint. If your report is about anti-social behaviour, please select this in the drop down of this form.

Our Customer Service Centre is open for emergency repairs and complex queries during the following times:

• Monday: 9.30am–4.00pm
• Tuesday to Friday: 9.00–4.00pm

If you need to report an emergency repair outside of the above times, please call the same number (0300 123 2250) and select the emergency repairs option.
