Due to the relocation of our Customer Service Centre, we are now recruiting and training a new Customer Service Team. Until we’ve been able to complete this process, we are operating with a reduced number of staff and our call times have changed to:
• Monday-Friday: 9.30am–1.00pm
• Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday: 2.00–4.00pm
• Lines are closed on Thursday afternoons, at weekends and during holidays
Our phone lines will be busier than usual so, if your query is non-urgent and you are a Hastoe resident, you can access a range of services including raising a repair and making a payment using your online MyHastoe account. Alternatively, please submit a contact form or call back later.

Report an emergency repair outside office hours
Please only ring the emergency out-of-hours number if it is absolutely necessary. For example, if there is a risk of loss of life, serious injury or damage to your property, and the repair cannot wait until the office re-opens.
