Our call centre is currently operating with a reduced number of staff. This means that call waiting times may be longer than usual. If you need to report an emergency repair please stay on the line and an advisor will be with you as soon as they can.

Report an emergency repair during evenings or weekends
To report an urgent repair outside of our opening hours please call Nationwide Property Assistance.

Opening times: 5pm – 9am, Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays

Please only ring the emergency out-of-hours number if it is absolutely necessary – for example if there is a risk of loss of life, serious injury or severe damage to the property and the repair cannot wait until the office re-opens.
