Due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Hastoe Hub is now closed. We apologise for having to take this step but we hope you will understand that we have a duty of responsibility for our employees and appreciate your patience and consideration during this unprecedented time.
How to contact us
Our staff are now working from home so you can still contact us. However, you will need to do this online via the resident portal MyHastoe or by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. The MyHastoe portal enables you to access a range of services at any time of the day or night.
We do have a very limited phone service but this is only available for those residents who cannot get online and who need to report an emergency repair during our usual office hours (Mon-Fri 9am-5pm). We will not be taking calls for any other reason. For emergency repairs please report your repair on MyHastoe or call 0300 123 2250. If you call, please expect to wait or call back periodically.
Reporting an emergency repair during evenings and weekends
To report an urgent repair outside of our normal office hours please call Nationwide Property Assistance.

Opening times: 5pm – 9am, Monday to Friday, weekends and bank holidays
Please only ring the emergency out-of-hours number if it is absolutely necessary – for example if there is a risk of loss of life, serious injury or severe damage to the property and the repair cannot wait until the office re-opens.
