Make a payment

You can make a payment in a number of ways:

  • MyHastoe

    You can make payments via MyHastoe, the secure online portal for residents. If you haven’t yet registered, it’s quick and easy to sign up – all you need is your email address, date of birth and tenancy reference number.

  • Over the phone

    To pay by debit or credit card over the phone you can use Hastoe’s automated payment line. Access the automated payment line by calling us on 0300 123 2250 and selecting option 1 for payments. You'll need your Hastoe tenancy reference number to make a payment on the line and be able to provide your date of birth.

  • At a post office

    You can pay your rent at a post office using a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card. To order a swipe card contact us or order one online via MyHastoe.

  • At a PayPoint

    You can make payments using a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card at participating retailers. To order a swipe card contact us or order one online via MyHastoe.

  • Internet banking

    If you use internet banking you can either set up a regular standing order or make a one off payment via your online bank account. You should quote your tenancy reference number or leaseholder number as the reference.

  • Direct Debit

    The easiest way for you to pay is to set up a regular Direct Debit. Please contact us to set up your Direct Debit over the phone. Alternatively, you can complete and return our Direct Debit form. You can also set this up in your MyHastoe account.
