Make a payment

You can make a payment in a number of ways

  • Direct Debit

    Direct Debit

    The easiest way for you to pay is to set up a regular Direct Debit. Please contact us to set up your Direct Debit over the phone with the Hastoe Hub. Alternatively, you can complete and return our Direct Debit form.

    MyHastoe online portal

    You can make payments via MyHastoe, the secure online portal for residents. If you haven’t yet registered, it’s quick and easy to sign up – all you need is your email address, date of birth and tenancy reference number.

    Internet banking

    If you use internet banking you can either set up a regular standing order or make a one off payment via your online bank account. You should quote your tenancy reference number or leaseholder number as the reference.

    You can pay your rent at a post office using a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card. To order a swipe card contact us or order one online via the resident portal MyHastoe.

    At a PayPoint

    You can make payments using a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card at participating retailers. To order a swipe card contact us or order one online via the resident portal MyHastoe.
