Your base number of annual leave days is dependent on your role, with an increase on 2, 4 and 6 years of service up to a maximum of 28 days.
Hastoe offers all employees 1.5 days complimentary leave.
There is also the option to purchase additional leave.
Employer contribution of 5%, giving a total combined contribution of 8% of salary (minimum employee contribution of 3%).
Hastoe will contribute up to a maximum of 8%, although employees are welcome to increase their contributions higher than this.
