In September 2022 Hastoe was re-accredited as an Investors in People (IiP) Gold employer.
Investors in People accreditation is recognised in 66 countries around the world, making it the global benchmark when it comes to people management.
Only 17% of IiP accredited organisations achieve the gold standard, so this reflects extremely well on Hastoe's commitment to its employees.
In 2022, we were measured across a variety of areas, and came out on top in these four:

Since starting at Hastoe, everyone has stepped in to support our small team when we've needed it. When we need help, we can pick up the phone to anyone in the company and it gives me the confidence to deal with any issue, even the complicated ones, knowing that someone is always there to give guidance. I can honestly say I love my job. I wish I had found Hastoe years ago!
