How to report a repair
0300 123 2250
• Monday - 9.30am - 4.00pm
• Tuesday - Friday: 9.00am - 4.00pm
Lines are closed during weekends, evenings and Bank Holidays, and you will need to call the out of hours number on 0345 266 6527 for repair emergencies during this time.
Please have as much information as possible ready before you call. You will be asked to describe the problem and let us know when it will be convenient for the contractor to visit to inspect or carry out the repair. We will also need to know how we can contact you during the day.
Please only ring the emergency out-of-hours number if it is absolutely necessary. For example, if there is a risk of loss of life, serious injury or damage to the property and the repair cannot wait until the office re-opens.
Examples of emergencies include:
- A total loss of heating or hot water where no alternative exists
- Leaks which cause internal damage and cannot be contained
