Public consultation event
Lyme Regis CLT and Hastoe held a Public Consultation event on Tuesday 17 February 2026 at Uplyme Village Hall. The CLT and our Development Team at Hastoe presented our proposed affordable housing layout along with our architect. They were able to answer any queries on the day. This page presents all the information from the in-person consultation.
Our proposal
We are proposing 7 homes for Social Rent with one or two homes being made available for Shared Ownership. The Homes will be prioritised for local people and based on an identified housing need.
The consultation on 17 February 2026 was to discuss the proposed scheme and to consult with the community on our site so we can take this into account as we progress the development into a Planning Application.

Public Consultation Feedback
Lyme Regis CLT, in partnership with Hastoe Housing Association, is developing proposals for 7 new affordable homes on land adjacent to Cannington Lane, Uplyme. The homes will be offered to local people at affordable (or social) rents.
