Hastoe’s Design Guidance underpins the Build Beautiful focus of our New-Build Standard. It outlines clearly the minimum requirements that help to ensure we deliver comfortable and energy-efficient homes that are well designed and work towards meeting UK targets for carbon reduction.
This guidance also sets out how we want to work with our development partners in designing and providing affordable, rural homes. And in return it explains what they can expect from us. Combined with our updated Employer’s Requirements and Specifications, this guidance will provide an evolving blueprint for Hastoe new-build homes for the future.
