The results of our Tenant Satisfaction Survey are in

Towards the end of last year, we asked an external company to carry out an anonymous phone survey with a randomly selected group of our tenants to find out what they think about their Hastoe home and what we can do to improve our services.

Over 530 of our tenants took part in the survey and provided us with some really helpful feedback around their communication with us, our repairs services, and the quality of their home.

The results are in

The results of the survey showed that 65% of residents we asked are satisfied with the service they receive from us, whilst 73% are happy with their home.

You can see more of the key findings below. Residents surveyed were asked to rate areas of our service from 1 to 10, where 10 was the highest level of satisfaction and 1 the lowest.

We’re glad to hear that most of our tenants generally feel happy in their homes, but we also recognise that there are some areas where we still need to make improvements.

We take your feedback seriously, and following the survey have made a number of changes to our communications with tenants, including the way we handle calls and updates to the MyHastoe portal. Between March and April, we are also replacing four out of six of our responsive repairs contractors with the aim of providing you with a more efficient and reliable service.
