How to report a repair during this time.

Fri 19 December – last day for routine and urgent repairs.

Mon 22 December to Fri 2 January – emergency repairs only. Call 0300 123 2250.

You can still report non-urgent repairs via MyHastoe during these times and these will be actioned in the New Year.

Mon 5 January – normal service resumes. 

 

What counts as an emergency repair?
Repairs are considered an ‘emergency’ where there is either a risk to someone’s life or a risk of serious injury if not repaired immediately, including repairs that cannot wait until the next morning. These include:

  • blocked or leaking main drain or soil pipe
  • loss of gas supply
  • total loss of water supply
  • dangerous structures including wall or ceiling collapse
  • insecure external doors and ground-floor windows.

In the meantime, you can still carry out a wide range of activities online using your MyHastoe online account. In a couple of clicks you can pay your rent and report a repair, plus lots more. If you haven’t already registered, it’s quick and easy to sign up – all you need is your email address, date of birth and tenancy reference number, which you can find on any correspondence from us.
