We regularly gather feedback from residents through surveys and consultation activities to help us improve our services. When we want feedback on a specific service or topic, we may also hold one-off online consultation sessions.

Want to join your Housing Officer on an estate inspection?

Look out for a message from your Housing Officer inviting you to join them on an inspection of your estate once a year. This is a chance to provide us with direct feedback about your estate.
