Rural Housing Conference 2018

Hastoe staff attend the Rural Housing Conference on building more affordable rural homes and tackling the rural housing crisis.


Hastoe were well-representd at the 2018 Rural Housing Conference to debate the key issues facing rural housing and how to build more quality, affordable homes in Rural England. 

Hastoe's Land and New Business Manager, Karen Hillhouse, led a breakout session on innovation and how rural housing providers can innovate to provide a btter service. Discussions focused on Passivhaus, work with community groups and landowners conferences.

Hastoe Board Member, Elinor Goodman, also appeared on a panel to discuss the political challengnes and policies on rural housing.
