We would like to invite you, as a Hastoe tenant, to meet some of our Board members, as well as other senior staff, over lunch in Yeovil, Somerset, on Saturday 8 October.
This is a great opportunity for you to help shape and improve the services we provide as well as raise any concerns you may have concerning your Hastoe home.
You’ll join other Hastoe tenants to meet in the Parish Suite at Westland Entertainment Venue, Yeovil. We’ll be ordering a light lunch and there’ll be plenty of time to chat with our senior team in an informal environment.
Unfortunately, there is going to be rail strike on 8 October. However, we have decided to go ahead with the event because there is plenty of free parking available at the venue and we will organise another opportunity next year for residents who are reliant on the train.
If you are able to come, as well as providing lunch, we will reimburse all agreed travel expenses between your home and Yeovil. If you intend to come, please let us know via email by Friday 30 September.
