Proposed changes to our response timeframes

Give us your views on our current and proposed timeframes for receiving a response from Hastoe about our existing services.

As part of our regular service review, we would like Hastoe residents' views on some of our key service delivery response times.  We are reviewing these following feedback from residents that we need to be more realistic in setting these timescales, particularly in relation to repairs delivery.

You can read and feed back on these suggested changes in our latest resident survey, which will be sent out on Monday 15 January and remain open until Wednesday 31 January 2024.
