The following fees are payable during the process of selling your shared ownership property. Please contact the sales team if you require any further information.
- Administration fee inside the nomination period – either 0.25% of the full market value or 1% of the share price. This is dependent on your property lease.
- Administration fee outside the nomination period - £100 plus VAT
- Sales pack fee - £250 plus VAT
- Additional conveyancing enquiries- £60 plus VAT (up to 6 enquires)*
- Notice of transfer/charge - £100 plus VAT
- Certificate of compliance - £100 plus VAT
*All available information is provided in the Sales Pack. The purchaser’s solicitor should raise enquiries with your appointed solicitor. Further requests to Hastoe will be charged at £60 plus VAT for up to 6 enquiries.
Other fees for shared ownership transactions:
- Remortgage approval - £100 plus VAT. Under the terms of your lease, Hastoe are required to provide approval of your mortgage.
