Your repairs officer really went out of his way to help me. I have no complaints! He is always so nice and goes above and beyond. 

The Housing Team have been absolutely amazing through all of this, constantly ringing or emailing just to check in that we are ok and that engineers have turned up. They have kept me updated through everything and have been a huge support. 

The Benefit and Welfare advisors are an absolute credit to Hastoe. They deserve a medal for all that they do. I started to get in arrears with my rent and they got me through everything. Not just help with the rent to get me back on track, but they totally backed me all the way. They helped me by caring, understanding, showing compassion, and making me laugh at times even when I was so very down. I can't begin to thank them enough.
