I just wanted to say what a brilliant service this is and how helpful and supportive Mark has been in helping me deal with my Discretionary Housing Payment (DHP). He advised on how to fill out the form and how to chase the assessor of my application. Mark also rang on numerous occasions themselves to try and facilitate the process. I found Hastoe very approachable, easy to talk to, kind yet professional and knowledgeable.
