Our focus here at Hastoe is building and managing affordable and sustainable housing developments in rural communities across the south of England. In order to do this, we have a range of systems behind-the-scenes that ensure our tenants are safe and comfortable in their homes and that Hastoe continues to be an effective landlord.
These business systems help us maintain relevant records for all our tenants, ensure that their rent is paid, that their enquiries are answered and any repairs that need doing are booked in and carried out. And as the team that manages them, we work to ensure that all our business systems are performing effectively and working for Hastoe colleagues, which in turn helps us all deliver a better service to our tenants.
At Hastoe we use a range of systems to support the work we do. These include housing management, accounting and documentation systems, as well as online portals for our residents and contractors.
I love the fact that I could be working with a colleague and they’ll say that before I helped them it took them three hours to do a particular task. We can show them better processes and ways of working. The thanks you get because you’ve saved people time is just lovely and it’s what keep us going.
