About the role
This role will lead proactive candidate sourcing and engagement, building strong talent pipelines and delivering a seamless, effective recruitment experience. You will partner with hiring managers to understand their needs, attract the right talent and help Hastoe continue to provide an exceptional service.
Duties will include:
- Acting as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Partnering with hiring managers at the outset of each vacancy to define the role, required capabilities, target candidate profile and recruitment timescales, then creating an accurate job description, compelling advert and practical sourcing plan.
- Developing targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, talent databases and direct-search techniques.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process through the Applicant Tracking System, including candidate outreach, CV screening, interview coordination, assessments, feedback and onboarding.
- Working with the HR Manager to improve service delivery and recruitment process efficiency, alongside general recruitment administration.
About you
We are looking for someone who can combine hands-on recruitment experience with a proactive, organised and candidate-focused approach. You will have:
- Experience of managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from vacancy briefing and advert development through to proactive sourcing, screening, interviews, candidate feedback and onboarding.
- Experience of using an Applicant Tracking System and recruitment platforms to manage vacancies, candidate records and recruitment activity.
- The ability to create targeted sourcing strategies using job boards, professional networks, social media, talent databases and direct-search techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise your workload effectively.
- Clear communication skills and the confidence to work with a wide range of stakeholders as part of a team.
- A positive, professional and solutions-focused approach, with a strong regard for equity and diversity.
