Salary: £13,007.25 per annum (£26,014.50 FTE)
Location: Dorchester office
Hours: Part time (17.5 hours per week)
Either 9am – 5pm Monday and Tuesday, plus a half day on Wednesday or half day Wednesday and 9am – 5pm Thursday and Friday.

About the role
You will work closely with the Housing Team to provide efficient and effective administration support.
Duties will include:
- Providing day to day administrative support to the Housing Team, including mail merges, permission requests, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Supporting the administration of Voids and Mutual Exchanges.
- Managing all incoming post for the organisation.
- Processing Aids and Adaptation requests.
- Administering Joint to Sole and Sole to Joint tenancy changes.
- Creating and receipting invoices.
- Organising regional events.
- Keeping the Contract Register and Supplier List, including PLI documents, up to date.
About you
You will be reliable, highly organised, and able to perform well during periods of high workload. You will be self‑motivated, focused on completing tasks efficiently while consistently delivering a high‑quality service.
You will bring strong technical and administrative skills to the role, including confidence using Microsoft Office applications and specialist Housing Management software. You will be able to maintain accurate records, manage effective administrative systems, and communicate clearly with a wide range of people in person, by phone, and in writing. You will be able to manage and prioritise your own workload with minimal supervision, and your excellent attention to detail will ensure consistently high standards of work.

Annual Leave: 112 hours leave, inclusive of bank holiday (32 days FTE) and 1.5 days complimentary leave, along with the option to purchase additional leave.
Enhanced Pension: Hastoe's employer contributions start at 5% and are based on matching of your own contribution level, plus 2%, up to a maximum of 8% employer contribution.
