About the role

This role will manage a team of Customer Services Advisors ensuring that they provide a high quality and comprehensive service to customers, with the aim of providing a first point resolution.

About you

We’re looking for someone with:

  • Experience of managing, motivating and leading a team.
  • An ability to provide an excellent service to customers in stressful situations and where you might not be able to facilitate their request.
  • Empathy as well as the ability to offer solutions to problems.
  • Excellent IT skills, with the ability to use specialist software.
