Salary: £13,644.80 pa (£27,289.60 FTE)
Hours: Part time (17.5 hours per week) to include Thursday and Friday
Location: Hybrid, with minimum one day a week in our Dorchester office.

About the role
The Contracts Assistant will work closely with Hastoe’s Contracts Manager and Maintenance Team to;
- Collate contractor performance data from Power BI and Housing Management System (ActiveH)
- Prepare minutes and action trackers for contractor meetings.
- Support Contractors with the use ActiveH
- Support the Contracts Manager in the procurement of new contractors.
About you
Our ideal Maintenance Assistant will be:
- Highly organised and proactive.
- Able to provide excellent services and effective communication.
- Able to manage their time to prioritise tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of tasks as well as being able to work as part of a team.
You will also need:
- A proven track record in delivering excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power point).
- Previous office administration experience.
