Register for a phone call from a senior Hastoe Director on 22 February

Thank you very much for taking part in our survey on tenant satisfaction during the autumn of 2023.

TLF Research, the independent market research company that conducted the survey, has told us you are happy to be contacted by us so we can understand what is causing you to be dissatisfied with our service. We are very pleased to hear this because we want to be able to fix whatever has gone wrong as well as learn what we need to do differently in future.

If you are still happy for us to contact you, can we please ask you to register to receive a call during the phone day we have organised from 9am to 5pm on Thursday 22 February. Our Chief Executive or one of our Directors will call you in confidence to discuss the problems you are having.

If you don’t have a MyHastoe online account, you can set one up easily. All you need is your customer reference number, an email address and your date of birth. You will then be able to register for the phone day.

If you are not able to do either of these, please call our Customer Service Team direct on 0300 123 2250 and tell them you would like to register for the phone day on 22 February. They will take some details from you and be able to register you to receive a call.
