Time to Talk Day is the nation’s biggest mental health conversation. Happening every year, it’s a day for friends, families, communities, and workplaces to come together to talk, listen and change lives. Talking about mental health isn’t always easy and sometimes it’s even harder to say how you really feel. But a conversation has the power to change lives.

Mindful Moments

Mindfulness is an effective way of supporting mental health, and it doesn't need any special equipment or skills so it's accessible to all. You can practise short, guided meditation or mindfulness exercises throughout the day to help you de-stress and refocus.

There's a wealth of free online resources and mobile apps that offer guided meditations from two minutes to two hours or more. Why not try the Balance App or explore the Headspace youtube channel?
