New contractors delivering results

In response to residents' feedback, Hastoe recently procured three new contractors.

In response to residents' feedback on repairs, we procured three new contractors in October 2025. During their three-month mobilisation period, two exceeded our 90% service delivery target. 

Just five months on, we have already received very positive feedback from residents about Aslett's Ltd's service in February:

By the end of March, Aslett's Ltd were completing 91.8% of orders on time.

Hastoe uses a range of contractors to ensure we can cover a wide geographic area and provide specialist services, such as working with renewable sources of energy. We set a minimum target of 90% of repairs to be completed on time. Each contractor works to a set of key performance indicators, allowing us to monitor performance closely and quickly address any issues.
