We are launching a home performance improvement programme with Knauf Energy Solutions to better understand how our homes perform every day.
Working with Knauf, we will be installing small monitoring devices in selected Hastoe properties to collect information about indoor environmental conditions and energy performance.
The findings from the devices will help us identify opportunities to improve our residents’ comfort and to improve energy efficiency and building performance across our homes.
You do not need to do anything. If your home has been selected for the programme, we will be in direct contact with you to make the next steps.
Even if your home has not been selected, we anticipate the results from the monitoring programme will benefit all our residents, as we use the findings to improve the overall condition and performance of our homes.
