Special features of interest
This development of five new homes is located in a peaceful, rural environment in Devon. All homes have solar panels installed to help reduce energy costs, and will have shared use of a children’s playpark on the site.
The properties were built to be open market homes. The developer was unable to sell them, therefore Hastoe was able to bid for Homes England Funding in order to turn them into affordable properties.
