Special features of interest
This scheme was a number of years in the planning. Curdridge Parish Council was a key driver and advocate for the development. The scheme was built on a rural exception site, and delivered much needed social rent and shared ownership homes, prioritised for local people.
All homes were built to Hastoe's New-Build Standard.
