Shortlist success for Hastoe leading coach

Hastoe is thrilled that a member of the Hastoe team, Customer Contact Team Leader Trudi Halliday, has been shortlisted in the category of ‘Leading Mentor or Coach’ at the Women in Housing Awards 2017.
Trudi joined Hastoe at the end of 2014. Since then, she has worked diligently to help empower and support her team, the Hastoe Hub, which is now the beating heart of the organisation.

Her mentorship has been inspiring for both her team members and staff at all levels throughout the organisation, as her work as an accredited trainer has strengthened the customer care culture to the business.

Hastoe Operations Director Anne McLoughlin said: “We are all thrilled that Trudi’s talent has been recognised by these awards.

“At Hastoe we aim to be professional, enterprising and customer-inspired – traits that Trudi embodies in everything that she does.

“It is inspiring to watch the effect Trudi has on her colleagues. Nervous newcomers at the beginning of their career flower under her leadership, becoming the best version of themselves.

“We are incredibly proud of everything that she has achieved since joining Hastoe and are all grateful for all her hard work. Congratulations Trudi and good luck at the awards ceremony!”
