Help us to improve.
We love finding ways to improve the service we provide to our customers, which is why in September and October we will be running a short telephone survey to get feedback from our residents on our customer service. 

This annual survey is run in partnership with the Institute of Customer Service (ICS), which Hastoe is signed up to in order to find out more about the quality of service we provide. The results of these surveys allow us to compare our performance with hundreds of other organisations, both in the private and public sector, and the feedback gained has been instrumental in helping us to develop and improve our services to our residents. For example, the results from last year’s survey helped us to improve both our complaints service (read more about the new service here) and update our service standards (read the updated service standards here). 

Residents will be picked completely at random to take part in the survey, and if you’re chosen you’ll be contacted by a company called ‘The Leadership Factor’ to complete the survey over the phone. The survey results will be completely anonymous.

The survey is entirely optional so, if contacted, you don’t have to take part if you do not want to. As a thanks, everyone who takes part in the telephone surveys will be entered into a prize draw with the chance to win £100 worth of shopping vouchers.
