Hastoe launches improved customer portal

In order to improve our resident’s online experience, Hastoe has re-launched our online portal, MyHastoe.
MyHastoe is a completely new intelligent system designed to make it much easier and more convenient for customers to carry out a number of activities at a time that suits them.

The previous online service allowed customers to view their balance and pay their rent, but the new MyHastoe portal offers this and a wide range of other
services. Customers can report repairs, submit complaints and compliments,
report neighbour nuisance, inform Hastoe they are moving and ask to keep a pet. All of this can be done simply, quickly and at the tenant’s convenience.

To access MyHastoe, residents should visit the Hastoe website (www.hastoe.com) and click on the MyHastoe button. If a resident has already signed up to the Portal, they can use their existing log in details. If residents are accessing the Portal for the first time, then they will need to follow the simple registration instructions.

MyHastoe is totally secure, and residents will always be asked to log on. What’s more, MyHastoe is a responsive platform, meaning it can be easily viewed on desktop computers, smartphones and tablets.
