Hastoe achieves top award in QHS Criteria for Excellence Assessment

Hastoe has achieved the top award in the Quality Housing Services (QHS) Criteria for Excellence Assessment in all service areas, becoming one of only two organisations to reach this level.

Hastoe receiving QHS awardAs well as achieving the top level 3 award, Hastoe has exceeded the scores required in all areas. One of those top scores was 84% for ‘meeting the diverse needs of customers’.

The QHS assessment criteria was revised in 2013, making it even more challenging and the achievement grades were changed, Hastoe intends to work hard to maintain high standards and deliver further improvements to retain the award next year.

Hastoe’s Operations Director, Anne McLoughlin, said: “We are absolutely delighted to receive such an accolade. To achieve such high results in every area of the assessment is testament to the hard work and dedication of Hastoe’s staff across the organisation.”

In presenting the award to Hastoe, QHS Chief Executive Officer, Andrew Greenhill, said: “This achievement by Hastoe is a reflection of their customers’ high opinion of them and highlights their continuing focus on both understanding and delivering their customers’ needs in a consistent and efficient manner.”
