The awards were presented to Hastoe at the Awards Gala Luncheon, held in front of a sell-out audience of 1,500 of the industry's most senior figures at the Grosvenor House Hotel on Friday 15 November.

Hastoe’s Business Development Director, Kevin Hartnett, said: “We are thrilled to have won, not one, but two awards at such a prestigious event, especially as this was our first year of entering. We faced some stiff competition from many top players in the industry.

“Winning these awards is testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Hastoe. We are particularly thrilled that these award wins recognise our innovative approach to sustainable development as Hastoe is passionate about developing sustainable homes in sustainable communities.”

Awards host Rupert Bates, editorial director of organisers Globespan Media, said: “From volume house builders committed to a culture of excellence through every site and every discipline, to niche developers producing some sensational cutting-edge products, the whole of house building is here. We would like to thank all the house builders, suppliers and other industry colleagues who have once again supported this great event – the day the new homes flag flies highest.”
