Leasehold Services Manager

Salary – £36,000 - £41,000 (or pro rata for part time)

Location – Hampton Wick, South West London

Hours – Monday – Friday 9:00 – 17:00 (would consider 4 days)

About us

Hastoe is an award-winning housing association that manages 7,500 rented, shared ownership and leasehold homes across the south of England. We hold charitable status and support both rural and urban communities by providing affordable and environmentally sustainable homes for local people.

You will be responsible for the management of Hastoe’s leasehold and freehold portfolio. You will be advising leaseholders on all lease related matters. You will also be responsible for ensuring prompt recovery of service charges. 

About you

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience of leasehold management and an up to date knowledge of current legislation     and best practice.  
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience of managing others
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience within the housing sector

Job Description


 Annual Leave:  25 days (increasing with service) + 1.5 days complimentary leave + option to purchase additional leave.

Pension: Employer contribution of 5%, giving a total combined contribution of 8% of salary (minimum employee contribution 3%).
