Pay your rent

There are a number of different ways you can pay.

Direct Debit
The simplest way is to set up regular payment via Direct Debit. Our Direct Debit scheme is fully guaranteed and you keep control as we will notify you that a payment is going to be made 10 days in advance. We can offer a variety of payment dates and frequencies. To set up a Direct Debit, just call the Hastoe Hub on 0300 123 2250 and have your bank details ready.

Other ways to pay

 Mouse Online
Pay via our secure payments website, My HastoeIf you don’t already have an online Hastoe account, you can set one up for free. Alternatively, you can make a guest payment - you will just need payment details and your Hastoe reference number. Please note that guest payments will no longer be possible from February 2020.
 Phone By phone
You can pay by debit or credit card by calling the Hastoe Hub on 0300 123 2250 from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
 Post Office logo At a post office
Use a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card. Swipe cards can be ordered by calling the Hastoe Hub or ordering via our online resident portal, My Hastoe.
 PayPoint logo PayPoint
Use a Hastoe swipe card with either cash or a debit or credit card at participating retailers. You can find your nearest PayPoint on the PayPoint website.

Please allow 3 working days for the payment to appear on your rent account. You may find that payments made through your own online banking system appear on your account more quickly.
