The opportunity to speak to those in charge doesn’t come around every day, but that’s exactly what you can do this June during our Residents’ Phone Days. Earlier this year, our Chief Executive, Andrew took calls from over 70 residents. Hearing from you helps him to understand the issues you’re facing, and enables us to improve the services we offer and ensure they work for you.
For the upcoming Phone Days, Andrew will be joined by our Operations and Property Directors, as well as our Property Services Managers and Maintenance Surveyors. This is so we have the right people on hand to answer your questions and, hopefully, resolve your queries during the call.
You can speak to them about anything relating to your home and your experience as a Hastoe resident. You might want to raise a concern, share your thoughts on our how we’re performing, or even compliment a staff member who’s helped you.
As our previous Phone Days have been so popular, we’ll be running them over two days with extended hours so that Andrew and our senior team can speak to as many of you as possible.
The dates and times for our June Phone Days are:
- Tuesday 15 June between 11am – 7.30pm for residents in the south west of England
- Tuesday 22 June between 11am – 7:30pm for residents in the south east of England
Spaces are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, so to avoid missing out we recommend registering your interest as soon as possible. One of our Customer Service Advisors will then be in touch to confirm what time you can expect a call from Andrew and the senior team.
