Tenant Satisfaction Survey 2020

Tenants will be randomly selected to take part in an anonymous telephone survey between 14 September - 11 October 2020

As part of Hastoe’s commitment to improving services for customers, we’ve asked MEL Research Ltd to carry out an anonymous phone survey with some of our tenants living in different parts of the country.

If you receive a call from them, we would like to reassure you that this is a legitimate survey and we would really appreciate your support. They will ask some simple questions about your experience of services provided by Hastoe and we'd like you to be as open and honest as possible. You don’t have to take part but we hope you will as we can only improve our services if we know what’s important to you and where things haven’t gone right in the past.

The survey will be completely anonymous, but if you want us to follow up on anything you say the researchers will only let us know if you have given your permission to pass on your details.

The survey will take place from 14 September to 11 October with calls being made at the following times:

  • Weekdays between 9am – 8pm
  • Weekends between 11am – 5pm

The researchers won’t be calling everyone and those who are invited to take part have been randomly selected. If you don’t receive a call but would like to let us know what you think, we are still keen to hear from you. There are many other ways you can give us your feedback

We will share the findings of the survey on our website at the end of November.
