Resident Phone Days: Back this November

Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 17th November

19 October 2021

Talk to Hastoe's top team from the comfort of your home!

**Strictly limited slots - BOOK NOW to avoid disappointment**

Hastoe Chief Executive, Andrew Potter, will be back on the phone this November, offering you the opportunity to speak directly with him along with other members of Hastoe’s Executive Team.

Whether it’s a question, a compliment, or feedback on our services and performance, Andrew will be available to discuss any query big or small. You may have a question about your windows or our website, repairs or rent arrears, or anything in between.

Michael, a Hastoe resident who took part in the February phone day, told us:

I spoke to Andrew at the last phone day and he helped to get all my outstanding issues sorted. He even took the trouble to phone me the following day. Thank you so much.”

A message from Andrew:

Thank you to everyone I have spoken to so far as part of our phone days - they have been a great success and we’ve been able to resolve issues as a result, as well as use your feedback to help shape the services we provide. I hope many of you will join us on 2nd and 17th November and I look forward to speaking with you then”.

What happens next? Spaces for the phone days are limited and are allocated on a first come first served basis, so don’t delay! Book your place now or call our Customer Services Team who can help. Once you have made your booking, you will then get a call from our Executive Team on the day of the Phone Day.
