Our Residents' Phone Days are back this February

This February we’re holding two Residents' Phone Days to give you the chance to have a one-on-one chat with our CEO, Andrew Potter.

Our Residents' Phone Days are coming back this February, where you’ll have the opportunity to speak directly to our Chief Executive, Andrew Potter.

Andrew looks forward to hearing from our residents, as it helps Hastoe to improve and provide the services that really work for you. You could ask him a question, compliment a staff member, or share your thoughts about our performance. From windows and our website, to repairs and rent arrears – no question or query is too big or small to discuss with Andrew.

The Phone Days we held in November were so popular we’ve extended the times and created more spaces in February so that Andrew can hear from as many of you as possible.

The dates and times for our February Phone Days are:

  • Wednesday 3 February between 11am – 7.30pm for residents in the south east of England
  • Wednesday 24 February between 110am – 7.30pm for residents in the south west of England

Spaces for the Phone Days are allocated on a first-come first-serve basis, so if you’d like to chat to Andrew we recommend booking your slot as soon as possible to avoid missing out. Please the call the Hastoe Hub on 0300 123 2250 to book your space today.
