Covid-19 Update: 2022
We are keeping a close eye on all the latest Government announcements and advice and in light of the recent Omicron variant of Covid19, we are taking precautionary measures to ensure you, our staff and contractors all stay as safe as possible.
We are aiming to maintain as many services as normal. However, with increasing numbers of our employees self-isolating, our services may be impacted. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these circumstances.
For more information about the effect of Covid on our services, please read the updates below.
Repairs
Due to increased absences associated with Covid19 among our contractors, we are currently running a more limited repairs service and prioritising emergency repairs in areas where capacity is reduced.
Contractors will wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and sanitise their hands on entry and exit of your property when attending a repair. Please keep a social distance during any works being done and ensure windows are kept open. If you or anyone in your household is experiencing coronavirus symptoms when we are scheduled to visit, please let us know straight away so that we can make alternative arrangements.
