Contacting us over Christmas

Our customer services team will be taking a break from the phone lines between 5pm on Wednesday 23 December and 9am on Monday 4 January 2021.

Emergency repairs

If something goes wrong at home and you need an emergency repair during this time please call our out-of-hours service, Nationwide Property Assistance, on 0345 266 6527.

Please only ring if it’s an emergency and the repair cannot wait until our phone line re-opens.

How to contact us or report a routine repair

To get in touch with us about anything else or to report a routine repair during the festive period please email us at customerservices@hastoe.com or contact us via the MyHastoe online portal. Our customer service advisors will be available over email between Christmas and the New Year, so they can raise your repairs and respond to your queries as normal.

If you do need to report a repair to us during this time, please be aware that you may need to wait a little longer than normal for our contractor to book an appointment to fix your repair.
