We’re looking for a proactive HR Administrator to join our small yet busy team. You’ll provide generalist HR support on the whole employee lifecycle from recruitment and onboarding, training and development and many more areas, plus you’ll support our important projects throughout the year. The role
You’ll be the first point of contact for our internal colleagues and external candidates, providing excellent customer service in all your duties and supporting the HR Team to complete our daily tasks.
You will also:
- manage the HR inbox
- upload vacancies on internal and external job boards, saving applications and facilitating recruitment days
- prepare offer letters, contracts and other HR letters as required, tracking responses and keeping all internal files up to date
- ensure an efficient onboarding process for all new applicants; obtaining references and background checks within good time frames, tracking responses and supporting managers with the onboarding process
- maintain and organise employee records both on the HR Management Information System (iTrent) and in our electronic files
- assist the HR Team to organise companywide events such as Health & Wellbeing Weeks, Benefits promotions and Corporate Induction Days plus many more
We’re looking for:
If you’ve previously worked in an administrative role, are enthusiastic with a can-do attitude and have the ability to provide a great service to customers then you’ll fit right in. We have some exciting projects planned for this year so you’ll enjoying working as part of a small team being flexible and adaptable when priorities change. You’ll also have a desire to support changes to shape and improve our employee experience.
You’ll also be able to show you:
- can manage your time effectively, prioritising your workload and be confident working with minimum supervision.
- have good attention to detail
- are able to use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) to an intermediate level
