Customer Service Advisor

Salary: £19,283 per annum (FTE £26,996)

Location: Dorchester office

Hours: Part time (25 hours to be worked between 9am-2.30pm, Monday-Friday)

About the role

  • Dealing with customer enquiries including repairs, antisocial behaviour, estate management, complaints and allocations via telephone, email, social media and our customer portal.
  • Liaising with colleagues across the business in resolving customer queries.
  • Liaising with external contractors in the delivery of our repairs service.
  • Using IT systems in recording and logging all contact with customers and reviewing and analysing information.

About you

  • You will have experience of working in a busy, customer-facing environment.
  • You will be able to provide excellent service to customers in stressful situations and in situations where you might not be able to facilitate their request.
  • You will be empathetic, as well as being able to offer solutions to problems.
  • You will have excellent IT skills, with the ability to use specialist software.
