This development was built on a previous green field site. It is built to EPC Band B rating with reduced heat loss features such as improved air tightness, increased external wall cavities and A+ rated double glazed windows.
The village voted on a number of street names and Roke Drive was a clear winner. Roke is an old East Anglian term for an early morning and late evening mist. The mist runs down the field at certain times of the year.
