By cheque or at our office

Cheques

You can post us a crossed cheque made payable to the relevant housing association - full names are below. Please mark your 6 digit tenant reference number clearly on the reverse of your cheque. We cannot accept post-dated cheques and please do not post cash, as we cannot take responsibility for any losses of cash sent through the post.

Please post your cheque to our main office address, not your regional office, using the following freepost address. Simply write FREEPOST HASTOE in capital letters on the envelope. Do not add any other details such as a postcode.

 

At our office

You can pay at any regional office by cash or by cheque.  Please do not send cash in the post.
