Hastoe is conducting a pilot scheme to see how effective the use of mobile phone texting (SMS) and email is to communicate with customers. The pilot will last until mid-March 2012.

| All customers that we hold a mobile telephone number or email address for will receive a welcome message on Friday 10 February 2012 inviting them to take part. |

The point of the scheme is to see what you think of our repairs service if you happen to receive a repair within the pilot period (until mid-March 2012). You can opt out of this communication method by replying ‘No’ to the welcome message.
You may continue to receive other text and email communication from your Area Housing Manager and these will be from different numbers or emails (which you may already be familiar with).
