Hastoe Achieves Enhanced Certification in Customer Service

Hastoe has achieved enhanced certification in Customer Service Excellence from Quality Housing Services Ltd (QHS).
Assessment has been thorough and includes onsite audits, mystery shopping, customer opinion polls and telephone enquiries.
To gain enhanced certification, Hastoe exceeded the highest level in the following ten categories: Diversity and equality; people seeking housing; repairs & maintenance; resident participation; opening and reception; information and documentation; rent collection; complaints; estate services & ASB and telephones.
Sue Chalkley, Chief Executive of Hastoe, said:
