Hastoe has been successful in its bid for 185 homes, previously owned by Signpost Housing Association, Signpost Care Partnership and Western Challenge Housing Association, part of the Spectrum Group.
The homes are located across North Devon and Torridge and we are pleased to welcome our newest residents today (Monday 28 March), as the transfer is now complete.

We wrote to all residents last year as the preferred bidder, to introduce the local team and provide some information about our services and what we'd be doing in the run up to the completion of the transfer. Documents are available to download below:
About the tender process
Advertisements for housing associations to express their interest in bidding for the 185 homes for sale were placed in the housing publication, Inside Housing on 6 August 2010. Six associations registered their interest and after an invitation to tender, five of those six associations submitted tender documents by the deadline.
Hastoe were selected as the preferred purchaser on 28 October 2010.
