Extensive experience in property management, valuation and development. Joined Hastoe in 2008. As a Chartered Surveyor, has worked for a metropolitan local authority, a residential property development agent and PLC house builders at management level.

Joined Hastoe in 2009. Has in-depth experience of both housing and asset management in the sector. Held senior management posts for two London Boroughs, achieving a number of National Awards for service improvement.

Came to the housing sector six years ago with experience in both the public and private sector. Joined Hastoe in 2008 from Hackney Homes. A qualified Prince 2 Practitioner with extensive experience of leading ICT and business transformation projects to secure service improvement.

Julie Smith BA (Jt Hons) MCIPD
Head of Human Resources
Joined Hastoe in 2008 having previously worked in large public and private sector organisations including manufacturing, research and development and financial services. Has over 25 years’ experience in all HR activities and is a Chartered Member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.
Daniel Earp BSc (Hons) ACA
Head of Finance
Joined Hastoe in 2011. Has many years' experience in senior finance roles within the private sector. Qualified as a Chartered Accountant with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Melissa Toomey
Head of Marketing & Communications
Worked in the sector for over 18 years with extensive experience of affordable home ownership and intermediate housing initiatives. Joined Hastoe in 2008 from Peabody. Previous roles have also included leasehold management and market rent lettings.
