We run a programme of minor works and improvements to help make sure that residents’ homes suit their needs. Examples of the type of works include the fitting of grab-rails and adapted taps, disabled access showers and bathing facilities.
We also have a Welfare Budget to assist those who are unable to afford essential items such as carpets, kitchen appliances, or who, perhaps due to age or disability, are unable to undertake basic minor work for themselves, such as garden maintenance and decorating.
